GONAFE was established in 1948, but only in 1976 specialized in the production of parts for the metallurgy industry, working exclusively in the turning of parts for kitchen and bathroom taps industry, for the automotive industry, for water heaters and boilers, for the pressure cooker industry and, in smaller percentage, of other type of turned parts.
With its headquarters in Arrifana, the company’s two buildings have a covered area of about 5.500 m2. With a vast technical and technological know-how, coupled with a rapid response capacity, GONAFE constantly seeks new markets and customers, building a solid path with the future in mind. Currently, 80% of GONAFE's production is towards the national market, with most of this production incorporated into export products.

The company is divided into two buildings, the first for administrative services, production, quality control and a raw material storage area. In the second we have the production tool manufacturing and the final inspection areas, the packaging line and finished product storage area.

GONAFE has a very technologically advanced production equipment consisting of 49 mechanical multi-purpose lathe machines up to 9 CNC axis and 42 mono-spindle lathes of which 37 are CNC. Our Quality Department is also particularly well equipped with all the necessary equipment for the quality control of the parts produced.
To minimize the risk of supplying our customers with non‑conforming parts, the company has 6 artificial vision machines that enable us to control their critical dimensions to 100%.
